• Subscription fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted unless the membership is rejected by the SWAN.

• The applicant / Members are liable for prosecution / expulsion from membership for any misinformation / discrepancies in the details given in this form to obtain membership of SWAN.
• The applicants agree to abide by the rules and regulations of SWAN mentioned at – www.skywatchersindia.com/tom.
• By signing this form, the applicant accepts the standard norm of SWAN to let other members use the applicant’s equipments for specific purpose in all usual situations.
• SWAN holds no responsibility for any accidental damage of the instruments in this kind of usage.
